Gimies.golf Policies: The Simple Version
We know legal documents can be a lot. Here’s a simple summary of our most important policies so you know exactly what to expect.

🔐Your Privacy

• We Never Sell Your Data. Period.
• We only collect the info we need to get your order to you(name, address, email).
• Your payment is 100% secure. We never see or store your full credit card number. That’s all handled by our certified payment processor (Clover).
• We only share your shipping info with our shipping carrier so they can deliver your package.

⛳Safety

Using Your Golf Aid (Important!)
• You use this training aid at your own risk. Golf and physical exercise involve risk of injury.
• Please practice in a safe, open area, away from people or breakable objects.
• We are not liable for any injuries or property damage that may happen while using our product.
• We can’t legally guarantee you’ll shave 10 strokes off your game (though we really hope you do!). Results will vary for everyone.

🚚 Shipping

• We work fast! We’ll pack and ship your order within [e.g., 1-2 business days].
• We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.
• Wrong Address: If you enter the wrong address and the package is returned, you will need to pay the re-shipping fee.

↩ Returns & Refunds

• You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
• The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
• To start a return, please email us first at CustomerCare@gimies.golf.
• You (the customer) are responsible for paying for the return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

💔 What if it arrives Damaged ?

• This is on us! In the unlikely event that your item arrives broken or defective, email us immediately at CustomerCare@gimies.golf with photos of the damage.
• We will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or give you a full refund.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at CustomerCare@gimies.golf.

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged for items at full price

    Shipping returns

    To return your product, you should mail your product to:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
